I took my new Jaguar to the dealership for a car wash and it came out with scratches all over it. They agreed to remove the scratches at no charge, but after three attempts it became apparent they were doing the minimal amount of work to make me stop complaining. Most of their effort went into hiding scratches with wax rather than removing them. At that point I decided to pay $1,000 to a paint repair shop on my own and they successfully removed the scratches in one attempt. There were numerous level 1 and level 2 scratches.

Had an amazing experience when buying my wife her Christmas present a jaguar xe. Sharon was my salesman and she was just nice as can be. All my problems came about when I was told my payments wouldn't start until next January 15th but that was not true. I received a collection call in December threatening my credit if I don't make the payment right now. I called bridford jaguar and I was told that I can just tell the colletion company to move the due date to January 15. I called the collection company and they told me if I don't pay today it will go on my credit. So I made the payment and then called bridford jaguar again and they admitted that it was there mistake and would send me a check for the payment. six months have passed and still no check. I have sent emails on 3 different occasions and no response. Beautiful car tho......
