I purchased my new compass here in April of 2018 so figured it would be the place to take it to have it serviced. I originally came through Express service for an oil change and to have my front license plate mounted and they said they would wash it. While I waited I set up an appointment to have tow hitch and mud flaps installed. Three hours later the oil change was completed. The license plate was mounted crooked the vehicle was still dirty and when I went to readjust my mirrors they where not function properly. I then waited another hour for them to look at the vehicle. They then told me they would fix it next Saturday when I was sapose to bring it in for the work I scheduled earlier. Later that night I smelled burning oil when I came home. When I woke up a I checked the oil and it was low. I went to the dealership and they told me i would have to come back Monday because they had no technician there on Sundays. I brought it back Monday I guess they spilled some oil in the engine that's why there wasn't enough to fill the vehicle. They filled it and fixed the license plate bracket and washed it real good. The come Saturday day when I took it in for the mirror switch, tow hitch and mud flap after a hour and half they said they couldn't do the tow hitch and mud flaps because they ordered the wrong parts. They did however get the mirrors working properly again. Overall pretty up set with the service or lack of service I received. I guess I'll be doing without the tow hitch and mud flaps. I wouldn't recommend this dealership you most likely want your time and have nothing to show for it. Plus they seem to have little to no attention to detail
I'm not one to write reviews, however I was compelled after my experience at Falls Motor. Chris is a fantastic sales rep for Falls Motor. He was extremely knowledgeable about the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee we just purchased. His general demeanor and approach toward "selling" a car was like nothing we've ever experienced. Not once did my wife or I feel pressured into a "Sales Pitch" mentality. It's rare that you kind find that kind of balance and he truly exemplifies the ideal sales rep. We will gladly do business with FMC again and highly recommend their services. -Mark
I went in to purchase a new 2500 series truck. Everything went super smooth. All the paperwork, trade in, down payment, and delivery of the new vehicle was taken care of in only a few hours. Everything was great! Than 4 days later. 4 days after the deal was completed and I have been driving my new vehicle. The dealership called and told me they had screwed up some paper work, and that I had to either pay them an additional $3,000 or give them the truck back. This is completely unethical to say the least. Border line extortion. It was a mistake they made and I truly believe they should have been the ones to make it right. I'm a small business owner myself and have had to eat larger costs than $3,000 to fix my own mistakes. But asking the dealership to show that kind of integrity is to much to ask for. Oh the brand new truck also has 2 messed up trim pieces and it pulls to the right. The service dept has been very helpful in regards to get me scheduled to fix those issues
