If I could give less than one star then I would. I really wanted to purchase a Subaru as my first new car purchase, however since my lack of a credit score they flat out said they can't sell me a car. And the salesman Kamal was quite rude, he didn't run my information through the Subaru dealership to even see if I had any options for financing, nor did he inquire if I had been approved for a loan, which I had been. He wasn't interested in how much I could put down either. He did not want to sell me a car which was quite unfortunate. This dealership WILL NOT work with you for financing, and from start to finish the salesmen were rude. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

It was the best car buying experience I have had to date! Justin took me on a test drive then once I made my choice he was sure to sit with me at the end of the deal to explain all of the "must knows" about my new Subaru-it was amazing how much he knew! He even told me about the lights on the dash and what the major ones meant. Truly loved the experience and love, love, love my new Subaru!

Calls to the service department went to voice mail with a promise of a prompt call back. Days went by with no call back. An attempt to schedule an appointment online found that the first available appointment was 9 days away. They should get zero stars for unavailable service.
