Matthew, thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. We apologize if we didn't meet your expectations for the radio re-install on your 1999 accord. We always try to do the right thing for our customers. Sometime its not possible to accomplish that due to certain conditions. In this case your vehicle came into our shop with the dash and radio disassembled prior to the vehicle coming to our shop with the wiring and radio not working at all. We wired up the radio correctly, installed your provided radio, removed the existing amplifier, troubleshot your speakers and notified you of all additional work needed.

Anthony, before we work on anyone's vehicle that has never been in our shop we always have a troubleshooting fee of an hours labor to take the vehicle apart and find out what is the cause of the issue. If the client decides to proceed with the repair we will discount the rest of the repair by the initial troubleshooting fee ( that prevents people from coming in have us troubleshoot the issue and walk off without any cost to them or repair it on their own once the problem is confirmed.) We provided you with a troubleshooting fee and you agreed to move forward. When we called you with a repair estimate you declined and asked for an alternative for an updated audio set up ( new head unit with car play car play, steering wheel controls and a back up camera). You declined both estimates as the vehicle was to old and you did not wanted to spend any money according to you . We fully understand and are glad that our troubleshooting was correct and you were able to repair your audio with in your budget.

I see the many great reviews and the high rating, and I'm sure the guy probably does good work, but I had to pay $135 for him to tell me that my amplifier was bad, which I didn't mind having to pay to find that out, just not so much. Plus he wanted to charge me $1,800 to put a new one in, I did it myself for around $150, Although it is a remanufactured model, but so far so good.

I had known about Dan and his work being in the automotive industry myself local and had seen some of the installs he has done and they all looked great. When it came time to have a system installed in my own vehicle it was an easy choice to let Dan and his crew do it. I wanted something simple and clean yet effective. We choice Dynaudio speakers, a single Alpine amp and a JL sub all through a Mosconi processor. After having it for a few months it still puts a smile on my face every time I drive.. Thanks again for great work and a fantastic sounding system.. !!!
