Great sales team. But there financial department is horrible. Was lied to about taxes on my vehicle I purchased from jim Taylor Chevy. They WILL NOT stand behind there mistake. I will never shop there again. I dont not recommend this dealer to anyone.

This has to be absolutely the worse service dept ever. Our truck which we bought less than 2 years ago brand new has been in the shop there 4 times. And now going back again for the transmission. Each time they havr had it a month to fix. So now we own a lemon. We have had to even call the main headquarters for GM. Absolutely horrible.

Will never go back Had an appointment at 10 am arrived @945 for oil change only I got my truck back at 1130 am and $64.95 later No more for me I made appt as I had other appts but had to cancel those since an oil change took an hour and 45 minutes
