I will go to a different Thirlby store but not this one. Sales clerk as well as this manager has no ideal how to give just a little respect toward a 82 year old senior he got mad because I asked him to replace my less than a year old battery that had tested bad by his employee the same as had had done before. Certainly made me feel like a mean old man when ever body will tell you is not the case. But I did apologize for (upsetting him I shouldn't have.
