Hi, Nikki. We're sorry you had a poor experience. Two weeks is our current turn around time. We are always up front with our order completion expectations and this is something you were made aware of before placing the order. As I understand, there was a miscommunication where it was assumed an added piece of fabric would be placed under the embroidery and on top of the velcro. Upon learning of this, we offered to fix it, for free, if you brought us the specific fabric that was not requested up front and that we cannot supply. You declined our offer and we thought the matter was resolved. We are a small business and do our absolute best to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We are committed to making this right.

I waited two weeks for them to do this to my uniform. very disappointed that they didnt even try to fix their mistake or offer a refund.
