This individual is not a customer of dealer and never has been. This review mentions a specific experience with our manager, and yet this person has never been to our dealer. It is also one of many written by or coerced by the Mashraki family, simply because Maserati of Bergen County would not absorb a $36,000 loss and replace a vehicle that was not originally purchased from our dealer. Their vehicle had two warrantable repairs performed, resulting in no charge to the owners. This did not stop the threats of blackmail to provide negative reviews if we did not provide a replacement vehicle. We are confident educated consumers will recognize these reviews for exactly what they are.

Talk about horrible dealerships!! I would love to rate them even worse then this 1 star.. my brother Amer Mashraki bought a BRAND NEW 2017 Maserati and it all went down hill from there. First, the check engine light starting turning on so he took it to the dealer. After keeping it there for a couple days they decided it was a sensor and the car was perfectly fine. He took it home. After a couple days that light came right back on!! He returned to them only to be told that there is nothing they can do for him. Talk about bad service? How could you not fix a "brand new" $100,000 car at YOUR dealership you sold it from. And what could possibly be weong with a brand new fricken car??? This dealer, its customer service and workers are scammers!! Unprofessional, horrible service, rude people is all an understatement. I'm not too sure how they can fix all their mistakes now after being such a horrible dealer who sells "Maserati's".... all for show!!!! I wouldn't tell anyone to go to this dealership, they are a disgrace to the Maserati name!
I purchased a 2017 Levante S from this dealership a little more than six months ago. It was totally the worst purchase I could have made. I have had a check engine light on 3 days after the purchase and the dealership continues to give me the run around about the problem. This vehicle has been in the service shop at least 3 times and the problem persists. I have made calls and sent emails and nothing has been resolved. Now, they arent responding to my emails or returning my call even though car is still under warranty. Purchase here at your own risk.
We stopped in to browse the selection and were extremely pleased with the service and attention. Charlie was very friendly and helpful and arranged a test drive for us. Overall an extremely pleasant experience.
I love the team at Maserati of Bergen County. Always attentive, courteous and their service team is very knowledgeable. Good customer service is no longer about a smile at the front door, it is about taking care of A to Z, and they got it!
One of the most incompetent service departments I have ever experienced. They need training 101, over and over again. Sales department was great and helpful, service, Yikes!!!!!
