Have been going here for years and no problems until last year, the customer service has gone downhill. Horrible location to receive service from they rushed and did my last service causing issues to my vehicle. Will not call or go over issues they find with you in person and the handwriting from the mechanics look like chicken scratch, which will be hard for you to read. I've been to different service locations who will inform me of issues before they tell me my car is ready for pickup so that I can make the decision to get it done there or somewhere else. This service location will not tell you anything. Spend your money someplace else where you will be treated better.

At first we had good service and communication. Sometimes theyd be very slow or no communication here and there. I can understand those things every once and awhile. Present day our experiences have come to be less and less trust in service and their communication. I was told when I scheduled my recent appt. that one service was valid for discount and it was the last opportunity to take advantage. So I scheduled my appt accordingly. I get there to find out this employee informed me wrong. This was a big purchase that I really wanted them to do! On that same date of service for an oil change and multipoint inspection I got my vehicle back without any information as to what was done. They said we usually give that information but for some reason didnt this time. I said did anything get done and where did my car fall on that scale in that multipoint inspection. The conclusion to all this was them asking if I wanted them to look at the car again. So equals more time for me to wait, they were quick. I said of course but when I got my vehicle back and I walked away with the vehicle report in hand feeling as though I didnt trust them and wonder if the report of vehicle is true.
