Stay away from this dealership - purchased a car, and didn't register with the lienholder, couldn't find or deliver current year tags - I had to go to DMV to straighten everything out which in my opinion should qualify for pain and suffering damages. But it goes deeper, when I asked to have the car inspected - they came up with all kinds of 'stories' that the owner didn't want the car to be driving from Benica to Walnut Creek. Since the car was rather 'rare' - it turned out that the car was in fact serviced at the facility for years so I could get more information. When I asked if the car was ever serviced at the facility in Walnut Creek, These guys are the same slimy kind of sales folks that ruin the car collection experience. When I went to the dealership to ask if they could expedite the registration - they told me that the registration which was already issued would take up to 90 days to issue - which might be true if I did't already have the registration card ! What IDIOTS - BEWARE
I can't speak too much about this business, because I wasn't a customer, rather just an interested car enthusiast who couldn't afford much under that roof. Great selection, and good layout. The sales folk were very friendly and very accommodating for just a voyeur like me. They were very knowledgeable as well, which is key in their line of work.
I sold a car through Specialty Sales Classics. Their communication was horrendous. After 1 year of dropping the price from what they said should be the selling price, it finally sold. Then they committed to pay within 20 days of close. They did not and are dragging the process out. Worse, the manager Joseph does not return calls or emails. The owner Ken ignores you. The team says that it is out of their hands and even they do not get a response from Ken.
