The reason why I am giving this rating is solely based on my experience only. After bringing my vehicle back 3 times for the same issues and being told, your vehicle is ready just to get it home and find out that the problems hasnt been fixed was very disappointed and frustrating. In addition, they damaged my door and lied twice and said they fixed it, but they did not. The damages they did to my door is still there. It rains in the car as if the door has an opening in it. I dont know if they removed the door or what. Im frustrated with the lies and the run around that I experienced. I am very sorry that I purchased this vehicle from Land Rover. I tried to do a follow-up with the service advisor, however I received a message stating that my message couldnt be delivered. I am seriously considering contacting the corporate office. I hope moving forward that they take their customers serious and not just on the day of purchase. If you damaged someones car, fix it. VERY DISAPPOINTED
After going to 2 other LR dealership this was the only one that had the Land Rover Sport I was looking for. That is the only positive that came from my experience with this dealership. I was handed the keys without any guidance on how to operate the car besides driving it. Not even the sales person went over the details of the car. It was two weeks later before the tech came out to show me how the infotainment system works. Three days after I purchased the car I was scheduled to come back in to drop the car off to have the rims painted. They gave me a loaner to drive until my car was ready. I was told that it will only take a day or two for them to be done. I had to call service two days later, that evening to find out the hold up on my car since they didn't courtesy call me to explain the hold up. I was told by the serviceman that my car needed to be inspected to make sure everything was working properly. Working properly? So I was given a car that hadn't been inspected to drive over the weekend. The serviceman says he didn't know about that until I had dropped the car off. He thought only the tires need to be sent off which was just sent off the day before. He assured me my car would be available the next day around 11am. It wasn't, I actually drove there 15 miles away from my home to pick it up. My car wasn't ready until the following day, an entire week after I bought. There's no way I was driving back there to pick it up, so the serviceman brought it to me. He showed me the very basics of the car and apologized. Fast forward to yesterday, exactly three weeks after purchasing the car I spoke with the salesman that sold me the car. A few days ago my car stop connecting to WiFi. When the tech came to my house to go over the infotainment system in the car he connected the WiFi. He told me I had a free 3 months subscription with At&t with the SIM card that connected me to the WiFi. When speaking to the salesman he said that he believes it only for so many gigabytes. I explained to him that I had called LR customer service and they told me the exact same info about the subscription. He said he would have the tech to contact me the next day which is today. So far it's 2:26pm no call. I knew I should have just bought a Tesla. UPDATE: On Monday, 6/29/2020 the tech called me about my SIM card issue. He said he would speak with the service department and call me back. I'm still waiting on that call back. Today is Thursday 7/2/2020.

Very attentive. Dave worked to find the best vehicle for our needs. Sonic Price was the best price for sure and the sales team made sure I was comfortable with my selection and covered all the features even though it is a pre-owned Range Rover Sport. Love my Rover! Great experience! I'll be back!
Pleasant experience. They are tearing down their old building. Lots of construction and construction related fencing, dirt, etc. There isn't a lot of parking for customers, but everyone i spoke to was very friendly and cordial. It is what I would expect from a high end dealership. Overall great experience!
Without a shadow of doubt the worst experience ever as I see from other reviews customers have had similar experiences with the sales guy Ric who was unprofessional and useless. Wasted 2 hours of my time on a Saturday morning. Also lied to me about the other dealerships in Houston. Do yourselves a favor and skip this dealership. I went down the road to the Land Rover West Houston and had impeccable customer service from Nory and bought a lovely Range Rover from him.
