Ive been forced by my insurance company to use citros 3 times and every time they lack communication, professionalism, and most importantly do not provide service in a timely fashion. Theyve had my car for 6 weeks. First they said they were waiting on parts then they told me its because they were short staffed for 6 weeks. Every week they postpone pick up dates for 3 weeks, this has cost me thousands of dollars just by having my car sit at citros. I genuinely dont understand how theyve been in business this long.

I would use Citro's Auto Body again. My car was ready earlier than expected and it looked like it did from the dealer. The staff was professional and communicated with me the entire time and made dealing with the insurance company and repairs easy.
