The only thing true about this statement is that our customers are our priority. We do not take threats lightly and will not perform services for someone that has disrespected our managers and employees.

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. They don't have any vehicles to buy. The customer service manager and the owner is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are rude!!!! I used to run an automotive shop and would never talk to or treat any customer the way they do. My car was in their shop for 2 weeks, they said they had it fixed. It was not!!! I drove it for 3 days and took it back. After it sat there for another 2 weeks, I was told they haven't had time to check it out and because I didn't purchase the vehicle there, I was not their priority!!! It was a $70,000 car bought brand new!! I thought GM Dealerships were supposed to take care of warranty work no matter what Dealership the vehicle was purchased at. I will be reporting them to everyone who will listen. I would give them 0 stars. I WOULD NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!! Their reply is that this is a lie! The only lie told was by them. I was very polite and respectful each time I went there but Ben in the service department is always rude or in a bad mood. Maybe it is because I am a female, I don't know. As I stated, I have been in customer service most of my life and operated a automotive repair shop for 10 years! We never treated our customers this way! I did ask that if they are going to drive out 3/4 of a tank of gas to "test drive" my car, that they at least replace it. They said they don't do that! And the owner absolutely said "you didn't buy the car here and you are not our priority" I wouldn't take a bicycle to them! Everyone that knows me knows that I am not a liar, if anything, it is the exact opposite! If you want to be disrespected and called a liar, by all means, this is the place to go! This was my personal experience with them on several occasions and this is my opinion. Feel free to form you own but good luck!!!
I just went in for a little service questions and advice. I don't have the manuals to my vehicle and of course the top dogs want my arms and legs for them. And the service personnel were extremely helpful in finding the part number and part I needed. And the parts personnel graciously cried with me when we looked it up and found the price of the part.
I have purchased my car here and also stopped by at another time to ask about a repair issue. Both times, service was prompt, courteous and helpful. And I love going to a local dealer to find a great car.
