I would be happy to help you You are absolutely incorrect with your commentary and should have more consideration before you post a review for an incorrect business. That is not a reflection of us, it is a reflection of you. As the owner, I would have no issue addressing a discrepancy as long as it was accurate and something we did. Based on this review, its very obvious that you are not telling the whole story. If a courier office suggest that you go to another location to complete your work, there is a very clear reason for that.

CALLED PLANTATION OFFICE THEY TOOK MY INFO AND THEY TOLD ME $73 FOR TAG TRANSFER AND DECAL FOR 2 YEARS YOUR REP TOLD ME $295 WITHOUT TAKING ANY OF MY INFORMATION VERY WEIRD. NEVERTHELESS HOPEFULLY YOUR COMPANYS CUSTOMER SERVICE GETS BETTER . PLEASE DO NOT TREAT ME LIKE IM CRAZY I SPOKE WITH A LADY THAT HAS A LATIN ACCENT AND SHE WAS RUDE AND SHORT. MAYBE THIS COMPANIES REVENUE WOULD INCREASE IF CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS BETTER. SHE EVEN TOLD ME TO GO TO THE PLANTATION OFFICE. I was going to go stand in line at the DMV for some tags and registration. I happened upon Auto Tags of Pompano and gave it a shot. 2 days later all my paperwork was executed perfectly! As a business owner my "down time" standing in line at the DMV is priceless and Danny enabled me to run my biz and avoid the headaches of the DMV.
