As of 7/30/14 I still do not know the price or rate of the car they made me take last Thursday - I filed a complaint with the Consumer Affairs Department today and requested Faxed Fiat and told them to come and pick this car up tonite at six o'clock and give me back my deposit at the same time -- otherwise I am going to Sue them. I think it would be alot cheaper for them to pick the car up and give me back my deposit. They called me last nite to come in tonight to give paystub and evidence of where I live which I did last week - so I'm sure it's to try and have me sign other paperwork which I refuse to do. THEY SCAMMED ME.
I had the pleasure in dealing with a salesman Kristian Ramos , I'm currently holding off on the purchase but I will be coming back just because of him. When you stop in make sure you ask for him .

I have been reading the reviews here and have been surprised, I have had 2 great experiences at this dealership. The sales people to the service department have been excellent. Both deals went very well, Mike I. really worked hard to get me the best deal on a used car. They even treated me to my first oil change. I will continue to stay in touch with this group.
UPDATE: Two managers have admitted that there were "hidden fees" in the contract to trick the bank (but these were not explained to me). If you sign a contract, be sure to check the MSRP vs. the agreed upon price. Also, did you know that they'll let you forge a co-signer's signature even if they're not there?! I leased a car with them and signed the contract on December 22, 2018. Since then (just over a month later), they have asked me to come back to sign two NEW contracts since then. They had no problem contacting me to ask me to come in. However, since I've signed the third contract, I realized there are significant issues with the contract, and I've been trying for four days to get a hold of anyone who can answer questions with me, but I've been met with busy signals, been put on hold for 16 minutes with no answer, directed to voicemail, and told that people who can answer my questions are not in.
