I spent about $250 on a full interior and exterior detail. I was told my car would be ready in 3 to 4 hours. 8.5 hours later, my husband calls and they tell him 10 minutes. Fine. We go pick it up 20 minutes later and they're still cleaning it. I go inside, I pay, come outside still not done. They hand me my keys anyway and the interior is soaked. Mind you, We wash our company trucks here all the time and last year I took my husband's car for a full detail and they did a really good job. The next morning I get in my van and I'm smacked in the face with the smell of mildew. Come to find out, all of my floor mats are SOAKING WET IN THE BACK OF MY VAN AND IT'S 95 DEGREES OUTSIDE. Don't you think that perhaps whomever did that wasn't thinking? I'm livid! They will never see another dollar from me or the company I work for. We'll take our hats earned money elsewhere.

Not too bad of a job. But they could do much better on the windows. I came in with a smear on inside of the windshield, as I was pulling out, I noticed I still had the smear. Hopefully they catch it next time or the rating will drop.

Nothing you can't get anywhere else. Average wash and sub average cleaners. The guys are not the sharpest so be specific with what you want.
