I wouldnt order from them if youre looking for helpful customer service. Im currently on a deployment in the middle east and I ordered some clippers and trimmers to cut my guys hair while Im out here and they not only never showed up when the tracking said delivered, but when I contacted the company they said that they wouldnt do anything for me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dropped over $200 and I cant even get customer service, much less the product I paid for.

Bought a set of clippers less than a week ago they dont work properly tried to have them exchanged mind you I didnt even used them because they wont cut.. they wouldnt exchange them at all all i could say is im never buying from them any clippers again!

As a Barbershop Owner! I'm Very Disappointed the way Hisham Man in Charged for this Company handle my Blades Situation I have just found out from a Sharpener that the 2 set of Clipper Blades I have bought where sharpened for Sale! I have been trying for a long time to work with you man but this is the last thing I will allow I work for Valuable Costumers and those blades where Really Bad Pulling their Hair and Scalp I know you change them twice and both time where the same yes you offered to switch again and to cover my Shop I refused to take them I Really wouldn't been making this awful Review and I hate it but I'm not the only Professional Barber Buying From your Store the least I was waiting on you was getting my $22.00 back and never happens ATT. Costumers double check your Blades or any Products Before so you guys don't have the headache I been true..
