What a fantastic experience. I had purchased a used minivan that smelled of cigarette smoke. Took it to Detail Central. They had asked me to leave it overnight to let the ozone generator run longer, which I did. Called me the next day, late morning, and let me know that the person working on my vehicle was still noticing a faint amount of smoke smell. They asked if they could keep it another night to take care of it. Hassle? Sure. But they wanted to do the job right and did. They also somehow got most of a cargo area stain out that I had assumed was permanent. Also their lobby is welcomingclean restroom, and complimentary coffee and bottled water. Mark and the brief interactions I had with other staff were great. Recommend!
