I have been to this location previously for glasses but was very disappointed this time around when I went in for contacts. The doctor was very polite and professional but one of the girls in the back were not. She was no help at all with the contacts didn't even provide me with basic information. I was sent the wrong video that would supposedly help me. It took me going in the store and complaining to be sent the correct video. I ended up going to a different optical store and was greeted with much more professionalism and guided on how to put the contacts in without the worker even being close to me.

El peor lugar para ir,me rompieron mi armazón,y simplemente no se hicieron responsables,lo que querian era que comprara un frame, pero Yo tenía el mío,el cual extrañamente se rompió. Horrible lugar no vuelvo nunca.

General Vision Center. Has a new awesome Eye Doctor.Meet Dr. Suzer. My 2nd time seeing him. I am a loyal customer for over 20 yrs if not more and this was the most thorough exam I have EVER received.
