Have done lots of buisness with these guys until recently. Had subs, all new door speakers, and an amp installed in my 2015 Mazda 3 which fried my ecu (according to 2 mazda dealerships) so i took it to them to look at and they denied all responsibilities. The speakers kept cutting in and out and said they'd look at it. Never did. So i took my degree in automotive tech and removed the panels myself and found speaker wire leads touching together. Car has 20k miles on it with a dash lit up like a x-mas tree now. Manager was reluctant to answering question as what knowledge he did have was very innacurate. Save urself time and money and find someone PROFESSIONAL.

My appointment was at 3 Ive been here waiting no one has checked up on me. They told me when I first got here, I took a walk around when I dropped my car off came back and it was still in the same spot. Sat in the waiting room my car was still there. Once again no one gave me a heads up about how much longer. Ive been sitting here for 2 hours going on 3 do not recommend very bad customer service and btw Im still sitting here
