I got an appointment with a professional auto glass technician at Billings Auto Glass & Windshield Repair Specialist within two days of calling for service. I was in and out the building on my lunch break, which is impressive because they're so busy! The workmanship is impeccable and thorough; it's like no repair has ever been done to that window before. They even fixed my broken seatbelt buckle holder for free--which blew me away considering most shops charge extra just to do this one minor thing!--and their pricing? Highly competitively priced without any hidden fees or up-charges

I just got my windshield replaced last week and there seems to be some extra wind noise from the front of my truck. I called Elk Grove Auto Glass & Windshield Repair Specialist, they sent someone out right away to check it out! The service was great priced very competitively plus they come to you so that saves on gas money too!

I was on my way home from work when a rock literally flew towards me and I couldn't dodge it. The Google search for windshield repair found Elk Grove Auto Glass & Windshield Repair Specialist, so I called Jimmy up to see if he could help me out with the crack in my window. He met up at Walmart within 30 minutes of us talking over the phone! It's amazing that there are still companies who will go above and beyond customer service expectations like this company did- not only were they quick but also priced fairly compared to other places in Elk Grove. I would recommend friends and family to him. Plus he recommended to get reimbursement with my insurance. Amazing experience in Laguna!

Hello Miguel! Thank you for the review although without an actual review and just 3 stars it is hard for us to critique ourselves and improve our performance. Although I do not have a Miguel in our books for the past few weeks so maybe there was some kind of mistake with the review. Any how, we always appreciate feedback and enjoy listening to what our customers enjoy about our Auto Glass business and what needs to be improved upon. Nobody is perfect, and that is why we appreciate our Elk Grove neighbors because of the open conversations and willingness to listen makes my job one of the best in the world.
