Horrible customer service, a rather flamboyant (if you know what I mean) guy at the front desk gives everyone attitude. You are a business, you should treat your customers with respect.
Their customer service is below par! I entered when there was hardly anyone there. The number taker machine was not working so I went to stand in line behind another customer who had no ticket. I was not told by the rep on my left that they fixed the ticket machine and for me to get a ticket. Even though the rep saw that I had been standing in line waiting, she called out numbers and let me stand there while others were allowed to go past me, who came in much later after me. I am almost 66 years old and am disabled. I finally asked her what was going on and she then told me to go get a ticket. I told her I had been standing there in line for a long time ahead of everyone else. She didn't care and was rude about it. It took me a half hour to pay for my auto tag. I will never go there again! Other people standing there even acknowledged that I had been there a long time. Unbelievable experience, mean spirited.
