This is the most unorganized and incompetent service department I've ever seen. Service advisors are vague and give inconsistent answers to questions. Apparently making an appointment really means making an appointment to meet with a service advisor and nothing else. I specifically told them when I called to make the appointment that I need to wait for the vehicle AND I can't wait all day and if they can't get to it in a reasonable amount of time then I'd come another day. I waited over 5 hours just to have squealing brakes checked under warranty! Having dealt with service in other manufacturers, I can honestly say this is the worst by a long, long shot. I brought my Ram here for service one time and I will never come again.

Called for a service appointment was told the next available appointment was a week and a half out!!!
I drove 75 miles out of my way to purchase my new car from a trustworthy, fair, and friendly dealership. I was having trouble with my local dealerships lack of inventory and pulling the old 'bait and switch'. I broadened my search and was lucky enough to work with Oprah at Jack Powell. Having bought many cars in my lifetime, I must admit this was probably one of the easiest transactions I have ever had. They offered me their best price in writing via email and honored it the whole way through. They FedEx'd the paperwork to me and made the hour and a half drive to their dealership a couple of days later. I was in and out in no time and wasn't pressured into any last minute add-ons. If you're in the market for a Chrysler, Jeep, or Ram vehicle, definitely check out Jack Powell!
