Went in today based upon the internet advertised price and -0-% financing that is clearly shown on the ad. I test drove the vehicle and was then told that the price on internet is not correct as you either get the -0-% pricing or you get the discounts. NONE of this was detailed on the ad, as a matter of fact it shows quite the opposite. The employees said to me when questioned, "yea, i keep telling them to take that off the site", so everyone is aware of the false advertising. This is at the very least a poor practice of advertising and if the company is aware of issue, it then becomes false advertising. See below attached ad on the web-site for the Jeep Compass, nothing is stated that you get either the financing or the discounts. I tried to buy the exact model at the advertised price and financing, but not able to sell it to me at that price. I would stay away!

when i check out , the guy said 105$, when told them i would not come there again I ask the manager to reduce when back, the bill was added 60$ by the salesman its crazy very bad, they do business like robbery be careful every body, before they do, you need ask how much it is, otherwise they will keep your car , wont let you drive.

Really appreciated being able to go to a car dealership and really felt like I was being heard. Been awhile since I've purchased a new vehicle. It was a welcome relief to not be pressured. They knowingly sold me a car with transmission issues, a bad wheel bearing and a leaky windshield. They washed and detailed the car so they knew. "As is" is one thing but not being honest and forthcoming on negative issues is another. There should be laws for dealers like real estate agents.....they must divulge issues with the property they're selling. Shame on you Jeff and your staff.
