I've been doing business here for the last 2 years and the service and people are excellent, except for this time. I am very disappointed with the new service advisor Rod. When I specifically ask for something that's what I want. When my wife asks for something that's what she wants. When I offer to give you more money to change both headlights at the same time don't argue with my wife. When I tell you I want A/T tires put on my truck I don't want H/L. I am truly sorry for the low score but that's how it is. Again the service has been 5 stars for 2 years except for this go around when I have had my truck in the shop 4 times in 2 weeks.

The appointment for our oil change was great! Service was fast and efficient. The reason I gave 3 stars is employees were not following mask procedures or proper distancing. An employee (mask down on his chin) was face to face with a customer (no mask). Very concerning during these times.
