Ann Marie, thank you for your feedback. We are extremely understanding of the problem you've had to face in regards to the cracked navigation screen a couple of weeks after you purchased the vehicle. Unfortunately, most warranties do not cover cracked screens as they are similar to glass damage caused by some sort of impact. We know you were in contact with the sales manager through his personal cell phone while trying to get the extended service contract to cover this damage. We try to allow customers to contact us through our personal cell phones as a way to get immediate contact. Please understand, it is always our position to help and take care of the customer but warranties have rules and regulations which we were unable to counteract in this case. Cancelling the service contract generates a check which goes to the finance company if that contract was financed. If not, the check would go to the customer. We only hope you'll understand that our purpose was to help you with this issue but we were ultimately unable to.

My Husband purchased a used car from Infiniti of Massapequa on 5/5/17. The finance guy Robert Sedrich who helped us was very rude took several personal phone calls when we were buying the car. Also doesn't return any phone calls. On 5/19/17 the screen for the nativagation crack. We had purchased a 3rd party extended warranty which cost around $3,000. After several weeks of fighting back and forth they wouldn't cover the crack screen. I canceled the warranty on 6/7/17. Still waiting for my refund. The sales guy Steven Gorin was very good. I would NEVER buy a car from Infiniti Masspequa.
