Sold me a faulty part when i went back to get it replaced they orderd a new one in only to tell me when it got in that ill have to repay the full amount of the old part because it was my fault it was broken stay clear of the parts dep
Overall experience went well. We did have a little difficulty getting a hold of the service department via telephone to get our service scheduled. We then tried scheduling the appointment online and that went great! Night key-drop was easily accessible and they got our Yukon serviced and ready to go the next day!

Here is what I will say. We tried our hardest to trade in two cars but was only able to trade one but as soon as we asked about just selling the one to them they were not interested at all because its winter. Yes there was issues with the car but they were not interested at all even if we had the issues dealt with. All they wanted was the other car. They even said that they wanted to help us financially and the best choice was to sell the charger. They offered more for a trade if we got the Honda but if we didnt the offer was off the table. So much for helping with financial issues.
