Got my Jeep serviced here. I thought they did a good job and finished in a reasonable amount of time but thought the price for the service was high and when I asked about the $50 "miscellaneous charge" (literally what it's called on the bill) that showed up when I went to pay nobody could tell me what that was even for... The lady at the desk said the thought it covered shop expenses like towels. $50 for shop towels... Right. I ended up just paying the bill and leaving but I don't think I'll be going back here. If you want return business you don't call people to tell them an already high price and then sneak in more random fees when they go to pay.

Brandi was very helpful with informing me of the potential issue over the phone, therefore allowing me to contact my extended warranty about coverage of the issue. Once it was confirmed the problem was covered, Nate was then able to get the part I needed and get me scheduled the next day. I was in and out in one hour just as I was told.

Horrible experience with the service department. Was charged for services they didn't perform. Service manager was not helpful in resolving my concerns. Emailed the General manager to share experience and he has never responded. I will drive to another dealership before allowing Raidons of Monroe to service my vehicle again. It's sad because we are in the process of looking for another Dodge to purchase and will not even look at Raidons when making our purchase. Buyer beware!!
