Dr. Roses A Series of Unfortunate Events at Orland Park-RANGE ROVER Service Repair Scene 1: Physically had to go into Orland Park Range Rover service facility 5/23 to schedule a service appointment; due to leaving numerous messages to no avail. Cody provided the earliest available date, 6/29/22 (5 weeks.) Scene 2: I dropped the car off (closing) on 6/28/22. (Expectation: quick return) Scene 3: I received a phone call on 6/29 at 5 pm from Mike, who stated, He did observation on the car, and saw no sign of a said problem. I clarified, youve only looked at the car (8-5) during the allotted time frame. Didnt you run a diagnostic check? Hell do a diagnostic on 6/30 and follow up with me no later than noon. Me, wanting the issue with the vehicle resolved, agreed. Scene 4: Mid-day 6/30 (after 2 pm), as I prepared to end my work day noticed the follow-up from Mike nor the service department hasnt come, so I took it upon myself to call service at 2 pm. I was transferred to several individuals providing the same info ( name, number, model, year, etc.) given to the prior person, and each stated not able to assist. Scene 5: 4:30 pm 6/30, I returned to Orland Park RANGE ROVER, where Im meeting with the same cluelessness for Cody (the same person who scheduled the appointment five weeks prior and allowed me to drop the car off the evening 6/28; before the scheduled appointment) cant locate the vehicle. Its not in the system, etc., Scene 6: In come, Dion Grace states, car is ready and provides reasons why they ( service) couldnt be located in computer because the car had been pulled up front waiting for pick-up. Scene 7: I asked many questions regarding the two-day service. Each deflected with illogical reasoning from Dion Grace. The service department nor Dion Grace didnt provide me with service paperwork. Scene 8: The vehicle shows up in the bay. I get in the car and put the key in the ignition, and the illuminated windshield fluid light is STILL on. Please explain!? Someone, make it; make sense!? Regards, Dr. Stephanie D. Rose., Ph. D-ED
Tommy G, We appreciate you taking the time to submit your review. We however do not have any record of you in our sales or service database and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your experience at our Centre at your earliest convenience. It sounds like you may have selected our Centre in error since we do not have a Service Manager or technician here after the service department closes and we do not have the ability to add oil after the service and parts department is closed. I look forward to resolving your concerns. Sincerely James Subka

I took my 2017 Range Rover for a simple oil change and tire rotation, left it there at 9am they called me at 2pm and told me it was ready for pick up and told them I would not be able to get to it until I got out of work. I went and got my keys from the cashier which I found strange as they always pull my truck up for me, it was parked in the back lot. I went to start it up and heard a lot of noise coming out of my engine, I immediately shut it off and called over a Manager. He checked the oil level and it seemed very low so he had a mechanic come.back to fill it up with oil. I asked him why do we have to put more oil into the truck since it just had an oil change and then we started it back up again and it sounded like a had a diesel truck now.he told me by the time I drive it home the noise should be gone, guess what it's getting louder. They told me to bring it back but I'm taking it to a different land rover dealer this place is a joke. I believe they may have ruined my motor.
One star goes to the sales person I worked with will because he did everything he could!! The dealerships management specially Ollie Townsend and General manager Joe should receive ZERO STARS, for their poor unethical behavior! We finished a deal at full MSRP price, and my sales person received approval from the GM, he received all my info and documents needed! While he is working on the paperwork to send me the wire instructions, they sold the Vehicle to another person, maybe for more money over MSRP???! I understand sales man need to sales for more money! But, behaving ethical and staying on your promises, only makes you, your dealership shine better to the eyes of customers! I am wonder if couple of 1000s more was worth to make your salesman fail, and more importantly you made your dealership fail for your poor decisions!!!! I told them the manager Ollie I am buying 100k vehicle, and while I turned down another fair deal, while I was waiting for you to send the paper work, you sold it to another customer for couple of thousands more?????? Very unethical! Stay away from this unprofessional dealership! I just feel bad for the sales persons that have to work under a poor management!!! What a shame!!!
