Bait and Switch. I had a car listed for sale, LaFontaine Subaru reached out to me and after providing the car's VIN, pictures, details, etc. of the car, they made me an offer and we scheduled a time to bring them the car. After driving 45 minutes to the dealership, they informed us in person that they made a data entry error and could no longer honor their original offer. This was then followed by a second offer of less than 50% the original. Would not recommend doing any type of business with LaFontaine to anyone.

For the product: the Kia Sorento, I give 5 stars and then some. For sales and service, they are lacking. Sales promised things that never came with the car and service is rude at best (not all of course, but that was my experience). Maybe get a Kia, but get it elsewhere.
Easiest and friendliest Customer Service from a car dealership ever, in my experience. Mike got me exactly want I was wanting in a new 2013 KIA Sorento EX. Ryan took the time to show me all the features and help me get my things moved over from my trade to the new vehicle (in the cold pouring rain, thanks Ryan!). Kenshaka went over all of the financing and maintenance service options based on my needs. The new vehicle price was so great, we opted for the highest maintenance package, as it was a great value and still within budget! Highly recommended!
