I paid my bill manually because I wanted to get it out of the way and they double billed me and still took my automatic payment out. When I called the woman on the phone was rude and told me I would have to wait for a check in the mail if I didnt want a credit. I said, I dont want a credit I want my payment credited and all she could offer was a check at the end of the following month. Absolutely ridiculous. They want their money but when you want your own back its another story. Customer service is horrible.
