It took me a while, days in fact to schedule an appointment for my car to get serviced. I called several days in a row, left messages, and no one returned my call. Eventually someone did but I was about to leave the next day to be out of town for two weeks. When I returned, I was able to get someone on the phone. I made an appointment for last Friday with Daniel. He said I should ask for him when I come in for a 9:00 drop off. After pulling into the service bay, i was instructed to see my service rep. I was told he'd be with me in a few minutes. However, after waiting for 40 + minutes, I asked the receptionist where was my service person. She immediately went looking for him and said I now should see someone else. I was directed to Kamal's office. He was prompt and was able to get me a ride home because the service would take about 2.5 hours. Not sure if there was a mix up but my experience wasn't the most organized or smooth. Let's hope my next experience is better.

Complete waste of time. Didnt get any kind of service that I would expect from Land Rover as I have received previously from BMW and Mercedes. Was given an insulting trade in offer that I was told was KBB as if I cant go online in 2 seconds and figure out it was completely incorrect and then during the 2nd round, they miraculously up the offer by $7k. So what changed in 5 minutes? Felt like I was being swindled... asked to drive one car, a different one was pulled up... avoid these people at all cost

Car delivery experience was not great. Their approach to fix the situation actually was worse than the delivery.
