Atrocious service. Get put on hold for 30 minutes. Never have car ready on date promised. Replaced tire when a simple plug would suffice. Bad staff, have had many different service advisers they had, all are extremely unhelpful.
Currently shopping around for an SUV, I was potentially interested in the new Range Rover Sport. As soon as I entered this location I knew I was not going to make business with them. First of, nobody at the front desk to great customers not a good sign. From what I saw, I was the only customer in the dealership at this time, I walked around for a good 5 min making eye contact with several employees who were just sitting and chatting behind their desk, nobody even bothered saying hi or asking if they could help me with something. Incredible. I get that current worldwide shortage severely affects stock availability and that dealerships have nothing to sell at the moment, however ignoring customers during this time will not help building long term relationship with them! I never owned a Range Rover so technically you didnt lose a customer but you certainly didnt gain one! Ill stick to German makers.
Prestige customer service, very caring and personable staff! I would have probably never took my vehicle to this dealership on a regular day. However, the universe had other plans. Totally worth the shake up of my normal routine!
James Zaku was great!!! He was able to answer all of my questions, showed me how to use everything and even paired my phone to the car and turned on my wireless CarPlay. Super happy with him and the dealership!
