Not a good experience. The parts should have been ordered when the appointment was first made. Instead, the parts were ordered today with a deposit required and will have to go back to have the parts installed. This could have taken two trips instead of the three I now have to make.

Salesman was not very good. The Q50 that we drove has the worst turbo lag that i have experienced. Passing on them until prices drop or quality improves

Dropped vehicle off at 8am for inspection and 7,500 mile maintenance check. Called me at 11am that vehicle was ready. Car was also washed. Tyler and the whole crew were very friendly and courteous.

The absolute worst service and accountability. I do Not reccomend buying a car from either Infiniti dealership Cochran owns. I have Had nothing but horrible service and lies with 3 different Infinitis. Save yourself the torture and drive to Ohio!
