Matthew I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience. We typically don't have vehicles on site that are more than 15 years old so we didn't have your speedometer in stock. Rather than tell you "no" we always quote out a part to give our customers an option. I hope you don't feel we are a two star business simply because of the price of one part that you didn't even purchase.

Prices are extremely high. I would reccomend calling rosen and berger in Rutland as they have much more affordable pricing. As a response to the reply given..... no, I am not basing the 2 stars on a 15 y.o. part I never purchased. I am basing it on 10 years of trying to do business here. I called for a headlight last summer... was quoted $600!!! When I replied "wow" the immediate reply was a sarcastic "I know! I thought it would be more expensive too." Also it wasn't in stock (shocker) and needed to be ordered.I then called your competitor up the road 20 minutes and they had one there for $175. The prices here are completely insane and the staff is generally unfriendly.
I'm sorry for this miscommunication. My salesman sincerely believes that he told you it was a red tailgate. At the end of the day I take full responsibility for your disappointment and hope you give us another chance to earn you business.

I ordered a dark blue tailgate for a 2016 Dodge Ram, and after 1.5 hours to get there, 3 hours round trip, the tailgate that I bought is red! When I talked to the desk person who took my order he remembered us discussing the color, but he said I could always paint it. Unbelievable.
Customer service could use a nicer touch and they should offer more computer part asserories for vehicle's which they dont.
