Order made after 10-15 days(processing time) they said order was canceled, Therefore a month and half later they charged my card and shipped parts, then made a Dispute but was only refunded for parts not he 200 shipping! SCAM company! Horrible Customer Service.

My son ordered a fender from here and it arrived damaged. It took me several attempts to get ahold of this place to correct the issue, but I finally did and they sent me a replacement fender right away! I know it is frustrating how long it takes for this company to respond, but they are operating out of the Chicago area and no doubt are very busy! The people I spoke with were not rude at all. I would order parts from these people again!

Prices are too good to be true---**Better Business Bureau F RATING!** Do your homework before buying from here and don't get scammed like many of us did. They also go by the name of Chicago IL Auto Body Parts. I ordered non-painted automotive parts, which were supposed to ship out 5-10 business days after purchase. Exactly 15 business days later I get an email telling me that my parts are out of stock and that they will refund me One week later, still no refund; order #25598. Hung out to dry. I will be following up with my bank and the police. Thanks a bunch.
