Their salespeople are not honest. They do a lot of fast talking. In my opinion, they're just in the business to make sales not long term customers & potential customers.
After buying a vehicle from Midway Dodge, a 2008 Chevy Aveo, for 4 days on a trip out of town, the clutch broke, along with the engine cradle leaving me stranded in Indianapolis for 3 days. I talked to Midway about helping out with the costs of the repairs, and they offered to pay half the cost of the clutch, and nothing else. I spoke with them about 2 weeks ago now, and I still have not received the check they said they'd mail. The vehicle did come without a warranty, however, the issues that arose left me stranded and the dealership was unwilling to assist with repairs to the car.
