Ok service but communication was not great. For a routine service have not been communicated when to expect my car which was not very convenient. Also when I asked for additional questions on the seats (leather issues) was not offered help and was ignored.

I contacted this dealership because they were listed on the Carfax of a Land Rover I am interested in buying. According to the Carfax, the vehicle was serviced 5 times by Jaguar Land Rover Fairfield. I supplied them with the VIN but they told me they would not release the service info unless I was the vehicles owner. So according to them, I had to buy the vehicle first before I can find out what was repaired on it. (Typical Bureaucrats) This is BS because other repair shops on the Carfax shared repair information about the vehicle with me. I gave them two stars because the two people I chatted with were pleasant.
Awesome experience. You do not often come across a sales team with such professionalism and integrity. I drove 45 min further from my local Land Rover dealer to work with Marc, Dan, and Andreas. They worked tirelessly for two days to find the right truck, repurchase my current vehicle from me, way above what I expected, and had me drive off with a new truck in hours! I highly recommend This sales team!
Had a very wonderful experience here. I worked with Emily she was beyond excellent! Super accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. I had my heart set on a specific look for my land rover and she made it happen for me. When this lease ends i will 100% look to get another deal going with her. So not pushy not your typical sales girl couldn't have been any cooler of a person. Definitely go seek her out !!!
Awful customer service. They have my car for over 2 days for something minor as replacing coolant sensor. No communication on when the car will be ready, I have to keep calling them to get updates. No one return your call. I made a mistake on buying extended service there. Can't wait for it to be over so I can take my car elsewhere. They DO NOT care to communicate so you can make alternative arrangements. I have to cancel all my appointments for 2 days. Stuck at home with no form of transportation. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! They dont appreciate your business.
