I ordered a part from the parts department on Monday and was informed it would arrive Wednesday. Come Wednesday no one called. I called twice and was informed they would call back whenever it arrives. Thursday comes and no calls. I waited around at work to allow time for it to be delivered. I called right before closing time and was informed it arrived the night before. No one called. HORRIBLE LACK OF COMMUNICATION.
Brought my car for a oil change, took it home and then it started to make noises on the back tires. Called The service department and let them know what was going on, came in the next day and Luigi helped me once again and he was just so kind and helpful. Very understanding and patience even after I had a little attitude. Turns out there was a rock stuck on the break system. They show me the issue and then fix it. I left happy and please. Make sure to ask for Luigi if you having a bad day or have had a bad experience in general; Luigi will be able to help you quickly and hes all 100% for the customer. Supervisors, give this guy a raise man! Thanks Luigi.
