AJ, I forgive you because I understand you are still a kid and immature . Even those your goal is trying to discredit and tarnish our business reputation .You have been to over 10 car lots and none of them satisfied you which make me believe you are an headache customer and we definitely don't need that here. Thanks god, Wal-Mart did not upset you . Otherwise, you would probably quit your job and put negative review in every single store in the country. I know you had your friends Tori Santana ,Frank Caughler ,Trisha Floriza ,Christian Zurich ,Tommy Coustins posted fake reviews which is definitely against Google's policy. My next door neighbor is Bank of America, and their Google review is 3 stars and they are the second largest bank in the country. NEGATIVE REVIEWS DOES NOT ALWAYS MEANS THE BUSINESS IS BAD. LOOK AT YOUR FAMILY 'S BUSINESS REVIEW BELOW Just left the restaurant around 12:30 worst pizza in my life. Been there twice and would not recommend. First experience I got the special which is two cheese slices. They were horrible but I was so hungry I ate it. The guy/owner whos runs the register is very rude and always in a rush. My second experience was at prime lunch rush and there was only two slices of pizza and some rolls that were ready to order. Looked like people were waiting for a while so I grab a specialty roll and said if this sucks Im out of here. The guy was is such a rush he said my card didnt work. Said he manual put it in and still didnt work. Should of walked out. Soda machine wasnt working right and he was still charging people. So 10 mins later I get a half cold spinach roll and a freezing cold garlic not. Left it right on the tray and walked out. Worst pizza place Ive been to in a long time and heard great reviews. Old reviews if you ask me. Now Im leaving chick fil a and my card worked fine.

Really poor customer service. The salesman treated me poorly and then instead of asking my name he said thay black lady. I wasn't even there 20 min. Tom and his incompetent salesman who I dont care to remember his name are terrible. Youll understand that if you ever unlucky enough to meet him. Car sounded/looked terrible. Do not buy a car from here EVER! Theyll steal your money. Better go to actual delarship. Not this little hole in the wall place. Terrible customer service and foolish owner! Went there about 6 months ago, complete morons! Dont get involved with a group of people like these. Cant trust them as far as you can throw them! Just look at the way he responds to unpleased customers! Imagine talking to them in person! Terrible people! Would never tell anyone to go here! Theyll be out of business soon in no time! Was looking here on car gurus and came across this car lot. I was appalled by the responses by the owners towards unsatisfied customers! No one in their right mind would go here. Please stay away from here RED FLAGS SHOULD BE APPARENT Anyone that gets mad over reviews got something to hide and itll show it in their cars Didn't tell me about mechanical problem ^^^ all these reviews in the past months! Tom is a good guy. I have been to many used car lots and been disappointed. They are all nice when selling a car. But Tom is actually still nice after. And that is rare.

It's hard to find a fair deal on a used car these days. I was happy to find these guys. Their inventory is fairly priced and they make sure the vehicles are serviceable, not just jerry-rigged to get them off the lot. Their service is amazing too, they really take care of you here. I'll definitely be looking here first when it's time to but another ride!

We have been around in this business a long time, its 1996 Tacoma with 170k miles no bank will finance it. If you think your bank would finance it we will pay for your tag and title fees. (do you want to bet on it ?) I do appreciate the fact you give a compliment on my cars ""GOOD CONDITION". You asked us " HOW MUCH DO WE PAY FOR OUR CAR" does it matter? We don't have to share our secrets! Just like we don't ask you how much money you have in the bank.

Asked about financing but said that the bank would never approve it. I knew if i asked my bank they would, but the older gent said that they would not invest in anything that high mileage(even tho the miles are not bad on it for a truck and it is within 20 years). I Asked on a tacoma listed on site around $3500 but he was saying it would be even more than listed, even for the title and fees included. Older chap got upset when I rhetorically asked how much he paid to justify that the jump in price. I recommend doing your research before buying here. The reason I say this is because there is always is another dealer to go to and there shouldn't be anything wrong with asking for a reasonable price not entirely based on how he normally sells them for. Of course both parties can say no at any time but old chap should not get mad even if i was serious on what was paid for said vehicle, specifically to sell. Quite a bit red flags and the only positives is that the vehicles do look in good condition.
