Funny I went to buy a car from them and told me about their small dealership how it's like family...yet when you do get your car serviced you are provided with shuttle service to and from the dealership...the service manager said they don't have the resources like Atlantic Chevrolet does but they would "try" to help my friend. I spoke to one manager and emailed another...nothing zilch. We just wanted a ride to get the car that's it...if you can't do that I mean what can you do?
Jennifer, thank you so much for your business and the kind words for Sam. We are so glad we could help make your new car experience a pleasant one. See you soon

I needed to upgrade to a bigger car to accommodate my growing family. I am usually apprehensive about going into dealerships thinking I am going to get ripped off. However, I met with Sajid (Sam), and he was honest and fair which I very much appreciated. I am now enjoying driving my new Traverse. Thank you!
Robert Chevrolet has really nice staff that will answer almost any question about any situation or car. They'll let you talk to whoever you please. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars was because the workers hover you like crazy. That said, I did purchase my Chevy here and it was a year old model for a steal. The price was great for the car I got. Thanks Robert Chevrolet
On Saturday, 8/18, I worked with a particular salesman (BP) and he met a competitors ad on the Traverse LS. I signed purchasing paperwork. Early on 8/20, I communicated that I was interested in getting the LT instead of the LS and was told that it would be 5K more. This was 1K more than the same competitors ad. It was back and forth about the fairness of this given that Robert Chevy was willing to be competitive with the LS but after the LS signing, they werent willing to allow me to get the LT unless I paid 5K more. I addressed this in a very brief review on Robert Chevys FB page. Shortly after this, BP was willing to sell me the more expensive model and without being asked to, I chose to remove my review. I felt uncomfortable going into the dealership to get my LT alone on 8/20 so I took my significant other. BP had me sign all the paperwork showing that I was taking possession of this vehicle and would be driving it off the lot tonight. After signing all the paperwork, my significant other walked off with my daughter so I could wrap up loose ends. It was strategically then that BP confronted me about my earlier review and said that he would not be giving over the vehicle and that transaction would become void if I didnt agree to give him a 10/10 on the GM Survey. I couldnt believe what I was hearing and I told him that my significant other needed to come back to hear this. BP reiterated that he would not be allowing me to purchase the vehicle (that came to over 41K with taxes) unless I marked him as a 10/10 on that official GM Survey. When I told him that this was manipulative and that I would opt out of the survey or that if I were to take it, I could not honestly rate my experience a perfect 10, he told me Get Out. He then berated me as a psychologist asking if I really was a psychologist. I already have a message in to GM to further discuss this and to show them exactly what transpired in email and social media, along with what occurred at this particular dealership in person. They need to know that there is a GM dealership that is having customers complete transactions with signatures involved and then telling customers that they wont get their vehicles if they cannot give their word that they will give a 10 on the official GM survey. This salesmans behavior was quite honestly scary and I do not put anything past him. When so got home, I saw an earlier email from him where he told me to remove my review immediately from the Robert Chevy Facebook page. While I had already done this prior to seeing his email, I will now honestly share my experience with others. BP is a true disgrace to this dealership.
