Worst experience in my life. I went for a simple oil change and the guy didn't want to look at my car. His name was Hector. I had an appointment 4/7/18 at 10:30am. When I finally got my car around 1:30pm after several service members ignored me, my tire sensor didn't work anymore, they didn't put my lug nut covers back on and they never let me know anything was potentially wrong with my car. I watched people come after me and leave before me. I felt like they treated my car like trash and gave it back to me. I'd rather pay a million dollars to any other shop than Chevrolet on Figueroa. I've never experienced such disrespect on that level. I don't wish this experience on anyone.
