Lovely clean spacious area for cars. All cars immaculate. Most staff friendly, but expect more friendliness if you are one of their future customers wishing to purchase such as myself.

Great showroom, happy to sell you a lovely shiny new car, but, and it's a big but, they are absolutely useless at fixing the warranty issues for these new cars and as you'll see online, there is many! You'll get a booking weeks out (despite their fancy service centre), you can be assured of zero empathy and a non sympathetic response - a very different experience to Inchcape Porsche at Bournemouth (part of the same group). All the work that goes into building customer relationships, selling new cars, fails at their service centre (and we know I'm not alone in this view) and I'm another customer with two new Land Rovers that would never buy a car from them again. Try Salisbury, Portsmouth or Basingstoke is my suggestion.

First service they gave me the car back with software updates that stopped the electronics from working correctly. Brought it back and they couldn't find the problem over 6 weeks!!! They had daily contact with the factory to try different things until they could isolate the problem. Another FEW WEEKS later they found it! The service department at Hunters "didn't know there were two batteries in the new Range Rover. Turned out the software update stopped the second battery from charging and without it not all the electronics worked. They can't schedule small jobs in less than a month or more and big jobs seem to take longer. I had the Range Rover in for service, they couldn't finish the job by end of day as they started late and said that the earliest they could get it back in to finish the job was 4 weeks from then! Just called again and was told it would take 4 weeks to schedule a glass replacement on the mirror! I did it myself, took less than 10 minutes. Had the Range Rover in for service. They now film it at start and finish. Video showed no damage at start and several scrapes to the metal after service on their video. They stopped taking calls and no longer respond to email. WILL NEVER BE BACK
