Their Sales team contacted me. After engaging for a bit, it seems there's no interest to get my business. It seems they just want you to just buy immediately and say goodbye. Just unfortunate, I will surely get a new car/SUV but with the way their Sales team is handling the process, surely no sales will be generated. And, they will likely lose another existing client...Good Luck to the Management!!
I will never purchase a Kia based upon my experience with this dealership. We leased a Kia in 2013 and had a terrible experience. A representative called because our lease was ending, trying to get me to lease/buy with them again touting that the dealership was under new management. She expressed that she would do everything possible to right the wrongs of the previous regime. When I arrived they explained that unless I purchased a new vehicle with them that they would be unable to do anything for me. The new management at this dealership ensured I will never purchase this product brand.

Less than 2 months Kia sorento Lx V6 and theres a noise in the wheel and noise in the aircon. Waste of money so my car right now is almost 1 year already noise is still there I go to the dealership and nothing to do. Im not going to Kia again.
