Fathers bipap not working correctly. Called first thing this morning, during business hours, and they said a person would be out this afternoon to check it. Called just now (2pm) and the gentleman said no ones coming out. We can bring the equipment to the person who does this tomorrow afternoon. He blamed the scheduled service call on their -answering service despite the fact that my call went through their main phone menu system. I asked him who I could complain to about their answering service and he only said that they complain themselves all the time. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER!!
I have been a Lincare customer since 2017 and they are the best! Delivery is consistent, when I call its busy but I just keep trying. The staff is almost always helpful. They are not without a few faults, but mainly right on top of your needs. Covid has made their jobs much, much busier and probably harder to keep up with. After reading a few other reviews, I'll stick with Lincare!
