Terrible communication. Rude...installed the wrong window cost me double to get the right window watch yourself over there. it was raining they threatened to let me leave with nothing at all so I had no choice.

I called them on Monday, 3-21-22 and made an appointment to get the windshield replaced on my wifes car. Appointment was for Friday, 3-25-22 @ 4pm. When I spoke with the guy on Monday, he said he had a replacement windshield for my car. I showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment. I approached the lady at the front counter. After she asked me if she can help me, I replied Im here for my 4 oclock appointment. She looked at my appearing confused. I told her o just talked to a guy here at this number, which is the same business number. (So, yes I was at the right place.) She told me she didnt have my car in the appointment time of 4 oclock. She then called some guy to confirm what he told me, it was confirmed. After she hung up with him, she told me they wouldnt be able to get me in until next week. Very unprofessional, and rude. My appointment was dismissed. I wont be going there, ever.

Just had my windshield replaced by this business, called them at 11 am and they said bring it in, within 1 hour I was out of there, nice people, very professional, and quality work, I would highly recommend this company if you need a windshield!.

Had two windshields replaced. One was done ok, however they got adhesive on the cowl,weather stripping and left dirty foot steps all over the interior floor. The second truck was a total miss. The windshield leaked horribly they also broke the push pins to hold the cowl on, pinched wiring for the review mirror and made a mess on the cowl and door with the adhesive. I had to bring it back to get fixed. They then canceled the appointment get it fixed and pushed it out another week. Then when I showed up to drop it off the employee who opens was late. The second one hasn't leaked but wires on the mirror were pinched again and the floor was covered in dirty foot prints. There does not seem to be any pride in workmanship or quality control, just a bunch of young people with no care as to the job they do or how they leave your vehicle. Price was ok but it would have been worth double the amount to have it done right the first time and have my 2 nice vehicles treated with some respect.
