Too bad I cant give them negative review. I literally made an appointment a few days before then got a notification the day of a few hours before reminding me about the appointment drove an hour to get there and when I got there they told me that theyre not accepting appointments?! And that they sent out an email saying the appointment was canceled which I never received. Extremely rude employees and did not even apologized for their mistake and kept saying that I shouldve received an email. Like would I be here if I received an email about any cancelation.

I would rather chisel myself a new car tag than deal with this office again. Two and a half hours of waiting to get charged double the amount I was supposed to be charged.
