Dont purchase anything from here unless you plan on going there. I ordered a trunk for my acura TL and they obviously dont update their website bc it said it was in stock, and I never received it. They did issue a refund which was cool but all in all this place can do better

Tried to go to the $85 all you can carry sale. My cousin who had my tools showed up at 3:33 and they wouldn't let him in even though the sale ended at 4 they said they stop letting people in at 3:30 but that detail was not posted in the sale rules so waste of gas and time. Very frustrated will not be returning.

I don't deal with the actual Neal's I just go to the u-pull lot and do my business there. I pull the parts I need so that way I know it's the parts that go to my vehicle. To me that's all their good for. But other than that I like their service. They usually Have what I need

Daily, we save our retail and professional repairers 100's/1000's of dollars serving our community with quality recycled auto parts. On average, we save our customers anywhere form 25%-75% off the new OEM prices. However, there are some parts that have a very low new selling cost. We would recommend those items be bought new. What a joke, they sell used parts for more than you can buy them online new. This is why people don't shop local for stuff.
