Took my car in for a diagnostic report on what was leaking, told me the only thing broke was the coolant hose and water pump, after paying $1,759 I found my air in take had be cut on both sides after checking why the hood sensor said my hood was open

bring my 15 years jaguar there, They keep it for almost 3 days, charge me for a 150 usd inspection fee I didn't ask for and don't even propose me a courtesy vehicle for those 3 days.
