On July 21, I stopped by the dealership to see the new F-Pace suv. I immediately fell in love with the car. One of the sales people, Mr. Kaplan, introduced himself, and I expressed my desire to purchase the new vehicle. I told him I will be trading in one of my cars. We agreed I will stop by the dealership so they could see and evaluate the trade in vehicle. On August 5, I brought in my car, it was looked at, the VIN # was taken and I was told by Mr. Kaplan that he will get back to me with trade in appraisal and we'll continue from that. Two weeks since, I still did not get a response from them. If this is an indication of their responsiveness to a potential client, then I don't want this car from them. It's not like I am buying a Kia, it's a Jaguar, and the trade in was a Benz.
started on on a way high i cant believe this is true then went down hill from there with phone calls not being returned delays in communication and ending with interest rate quoted verbally not being honored at the time of signing and receiving a dead key
This was the most impressive car dealership I've ever been to. Everything was spotless and state of the art, and everyone was polite and helpful. This was definitely one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had I highly recommend them.
My sales specialist, Mark, was not only extremely knowledgeable, but sincere and wonderful to deal with. There was not a hint of the "wheeler-dealer" personality often associated with car salesmen. He was well spoken, patient, and helpful in all respects, without ever being pushy. He made the whole experience a good one. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
